Touftouf & Kenotte (also known as T & Q) was a planned CGI animated series under the ZAG Toon brand. Because there's very little news about the series since it was first announced in 2010 on the ZAG website and it was later removed from the website on 2013, it's possible that the show got cancelled.

Synopsis[]

Animation Insider synopsis[]

Upon arrival to the moon, Teethz is disturbed to find there are no written plans for their return.... and so the race begins, to invent and experiment on ways to launch the two back down to earth before time runs out.[2]

2012 ZAG website synopsis[]

Touftouf and Kenotte were the first creatures to be sent out to space in the history. Although it reached the moon a few days ago, it turned out that no plan to return to the earth was prepared at all! The 20-day deadline initially established passed and there was no contact from humans ... Touftouf and Kenotte finally decided to return to the Earth on their own. Whether it's a medieval cemetary or a space shuttle that travels through space and time, I do not mind doing anything, and I aim for the Earth![1]

Animation France synopsis[]

Kenotte and Touftouf are the first living creatures sent to the Moon but, once there, they discover that the return to Earth is not planned in the mission. They organize their daily life in the wreck of the capsule with only one goal in mind: return to Earth. Over the episodes, Kenote will create multiple machines to return but it was to count without a grain of sand which causes successive failures.[3]

Touftouf[]

Touftouf is one of the main protagonists of the series. Touftouf seems to be a sheep.

Kenotte[]

Kenotte is one of the main protagonists of the series. He serves as a co-pilot for Touftouf. He's a rabbit "with an amazing IQ of fifteen", and the captain of his mission and flight to the stars.

Trivia[]

  • As revealed in an Animation Insider article, the series was originally going to be called Teethz and Woolzy.
  • According to Ruben Berissi's profile in LinkedIn, there's a 3-minute 2D animated pilot made for Touftouf & Kenotte. But since the series is possibly cancelled, it's unknown if the pilot will ever be release to the public.[4]
