Lady Butterfly has dark skin, long brown hair that's styled into box braids, and light-brown eyes. Her hair is tied up in pigtails.

As seen in a recent concept art design of her as a superhero, Lady Butterfly wears a white and black domino mask. Her hair is in a rainbow gradient that is pulled back into two high pigtails and the bands holding her hair back are black with two butterfly-shaped wings. Lady Butterfly wears a white costume made up of many tiny hexagonal patterns with a black collar, black gloves up to the middle of her upper arms, a black belt with a butterfly logo, and black boots that go down the length of her lower legs.

- Similar to Lady Dragon when Lady Butterfly was first revealed, many people speculate if Lady Butterfly is from an upcoming ZAG Heroez project that features her as a main character or if she's from an already existing project (such as Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir).
- Kaan Zorlu, a character modeling artist, confirmed on both his ArtStation and Instagram that Lady Butterfly is a character from Pixie Girl.[2]
- Despite Lady Butterfly is a Pixie Girl character, Jeremy Zag revealed that she's going to appear in a Miraculous World TV movie called "Miraculous Rio". Angie Nasca even confirmed it on her Instagram story.[3][4]
- However, as of April 2024, "Miraculous Rio" is delayed from production due to it wasn't greenlight yet. As a result, it's unknown if she's going to appear in the Miraculous Ladybug franchise.[5]
- Lady Butterfly's name might be a reference to the painted lady butterflies.
- It's indirectly confirmed in an "Inside ZAG" webisode that Lady Butterfly would appear in Fairy Force and have a major role.[6]
